These terms govern your use of ATOM Club. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
The service
ATOM Club offers educational materials about using AI tools in everyday life and at work. The service is in early access: today only the welcome section of the first lesson is available. The full first lesson and the rest of the foundations program are in development and will be released in parts. We do not promise specific release dates.
Price
The foundations program is free and no credit card is required. Some future advanced materials may be paid. Any price and access conditions will be shown clearly before you choose to enroll, and nothing will be charged without your explicit action.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, because it controls your account. One person per account. Tell us through Get help if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access materials that are not released to you, interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, use automated means to create accounts or collect content, or share member-only materials publicly.
Educational content
Our materials are general education. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. AI tools can be wrong; always check important information yourself. Third-party AI tools mentioned in lessons are not part of ATOM Club, are not included in your access and have their own terms and prices.
Intellectual property
The videos, texts, design and brand assets belong to ATOM Club or its licensors. You may use them for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or discontinue parts of the service, especially during early access. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using ATOM Club at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
